Officials said 33-year-old Steven Sloan Jr. allegedly punched a Hawaiian Airlines flight attendant in the chest and then hit the man on the back of his head.
The incident took place in September 2021 on a flight from Honolulu to Hilo.
Officials said a flight attendant was walking through the aisle, collecting trash. When he approached the 6th row of seats, Sloan allegedly assaulted the worker.
